Anders and Lasse have a plan, a plan they have carried for a long time, even longer than a women’s pregnancy period. For more than a year they have worked with processing of people, planning of cycle route, dreams about reaching goals and their own consciousness been the center of most of what they have done. The idea of bicycling around half of Australia, has become the concrete plan they now will implement.

Monday 31st of October they boys will not head to work in Oslo as they usually do. They will head to Oslo airport Gardermoen and get on the plane to Australia, for their third time. The boys are back. They are each bringing a bike and will touch down in Adelaide November 1st. The next months will contain blood, sweat and tears – and these are usual ingredients in the recipe of something extraordinary, something unforgettable.

Thousand of kilometers they will put behind them on a push bike. All the major cities will be visited and they boys will become bushmen. Everything else in their life is set on hold as the boys only have one goal in their mind – to reach Darwin.

For some outsiders Lasse might be the last person Anders should bring on this crazy trip. For Anders Lasse was the clear first choice. Anders have 7 years of experience from picking footballteammates in the free quarters at Årnes elementary school. Winning those games was all that mattered. Anders says that if you want to win it is not all about picking the tallest and strongest ones, you pick the player that is willing to do what it takes to win. Win for you, and win together with you.
